The Reluctant Alpinist

I spent an evening last week photographing my friends Alex and Lesley for their maternity photos at Tallac Historic Site, and it might be one of my favorite sessions. We started in the woods, meandering between the trees and watching the light filter through the branches. Then we wandered over to the historic buildings, using all that old wood and character as a backdrop. There's something about those weathered structures that makes you feel like you're in another time. But t
